- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence)
- Build strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or hyper-growth startups
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technology products (2018-2024)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, or sustainable tech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, or HBR)
