Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy positioning InnovateForward as a 2026 market leader
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with global research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and incubator programs
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding or grants
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
