- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product roadmaps and operational frameworks
- Build and manage a dedicated innovation lab focused on prototyping next-generation solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts and recommendations to the board of directors
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or equivalent executive experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or digital transformation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech innovation ecosystems
