Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR) through 2026 market analysis
- Develop technology adoption frameworks and implementation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and landscape analysis for future tech trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology innovation initiatives and track ROI
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Published thought leadership in technology or business strategy preferred
