Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype market-disruptive solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum data encryption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical breakthroughs into patentable IP
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives at Fortune 500 level
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, generative AI ethics, or neurotech integration
- Certified in Technology Foresight (TFP) or equivalent strategic planning methodology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience leading global innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related quantitative field
