Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop and maintain 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prioritize innovation initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology innovation budgets and ROI analysis for pilot projects
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience managing technology innovation budgets >$5M
- Certification in technology management or strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSM) preferred
