- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Identify emerging tech disruptions (Web4.0, biocomputing) and develop adoption frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate technological foresight into actionable business strategy
- Drive innovation in sustainable tech and carbon-neutral computing paradigms
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum research labs and neurotech startups
- Mentor the next generation of technologists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 architecture and decentralized governance models
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
