- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments to identify strategic opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for technology integration across global operations
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry innovators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder management
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or MBA
