- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future technology initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT)
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
