Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, biotech integration, and climate tech
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ in innovation funding
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 partners and government agencies
- Build and lead a global team of 15+ futurists and technical architects
- Author annual 'State of Tech 2026' industry reports
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures to $100M+ valuation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and corporate partnerships
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFP) or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
