Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (NFTs, decentralized AI, carbon-neutral data centers) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members with ROI projections
- Build partnerships with leading research labs (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for collaborative innovation
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable KPIs
- Mentor technology teams on future-oriented methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or Web3.0
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or Technology Innovation Management
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investor groups
