- Champion innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors and board members
- Establish KPI frameworks for technology adoption and innovation impact
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets with quarterly strategic pivots
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep understanding of technological convergence trends and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 experience
- Prior experience building future-focused innovation labs or centers of excellence
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
