Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics) and their market impact through 2026
- Develop cross-functional technology roadmaps aligned with company vision and market disruption forecasts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Build global ecosystem partnerships with startups, research institutions, and policy bodies
- Drive sustainability and ethical frameworks for future technology deployments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience building technology foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
