Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in evaluating emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Oversee technology innovation portfolio allocation and risk assessment
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite/VP-level roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional presentation skills and executive communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in technology strategy or innovation
- Certification in strategic management (e.g., TOGAF) preferred
