- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives (Web3, AGI, or metaverse)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and decentralized governance models
- Certification in Futurist Methodology or Horizon Scanning (preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-functional teams
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals (IEEE, ACM)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
