Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, Web4) for strategic integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting our industry
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of technological foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ years lead time
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio of successful strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
