Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, Web4)
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with ESG and regulatory frameworks for 2026+
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption velocity
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology ecosystems
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with venture-style evaluation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in futures/foresight methodologies
- Proven track record in scaling enterprise AI/quantum initiatives from concept to deployment
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, S-curve analysis)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published research on emerging technology ethics or sustainable innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston) preferred
- Experience with regulatory tech (RegTech) and climate tech integration
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy impact in Fortune 500 environments
