Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position technology investments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into practical applications

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies in complex environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience scaling teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
