Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate technological disruptions and competitive threats
- Architect innovation frameworks for metaverse integration, decentralized systems, and next-gen human-computer interaction
- Establish governance protocols for ethical AI deployment and sustainable technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Maintain competitive intelligence through partnerships with research institutions and industry think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning and forecasting technology adoption curves
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy) or equivalent
