Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech development
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, or sustainable tech
- Track record of launching innovative products with measurable market impact
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Experience securing patents and publishing research in peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMS)
