- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and executive stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Drive partnerships with cutting-edge research institutions and venture labs
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on future tech implications
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation task force
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling quantum/AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing C-level decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
