Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and strategic alignment
- Present technology forecasts and impact assessments to executive stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry think tanks
- Manage strategic innovation budgets and ROI analysis for future initiatives
- Author thought leadership pieces on technology disruption and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
- Track record of successfully launching future-focused initiatives
- MSc/MBA or equivalent in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
