Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech interfaces) into business frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Analyze global tech disruption patterns to forecast market shifts and competitive threats
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry partnerships for R&D acceleration
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technologists while fostering an innovation culture
- Author thought leadership content on technology's societal impact for industry publications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of scaling emerging tech from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable tech, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight, Strategic Innovation Management, or equivalent
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of global tech policy, ethics frameworks, and regulatory landscapes
- Portfolio demonstrating published thought leadership or patented innovations
