Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact analyses
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on regulatory compliance strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP) or strategic innovation frameworks
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools and data visualization
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
