- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess market impact
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with C-suite stakeholders
- Create future-state roadmaps for product development and infrastructure
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry partners
- Mentor teams on future-focused technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future foresight
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Expertise in emerging technologies and market disruption analysis
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Tech, or equivalent)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech transformation projects
