Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, spatial computing) to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology applications
- Develop competitive advantage frameworks through patent strategy and ecosystem partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused technology investments
- Represent Innovatech at global tech forums and thought leadership events
- Mentor emerging technologists and foster internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, spatial internet)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
- Experience managing global innovation teams and cross-cultural partnerships
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
