Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap focusing on quantum-AI convergence and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and responsible innovation
- Lead strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present technology vision to C-suite and Board of Directors with data-driven recommendations
- Manage innovation portfolio with $25M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Drive adoption of circular economy principles in tech development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-tech research
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech, or decentralized systems
- Executive-level experience developing multi-year technology transformation roadmaps
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or strategic partnerships
