Responsibilities

- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation pipeline success and ROI
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech innovators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in forecasting technology adoption curves and market disruption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience scaling global innovation teams and managing R&D budgets
- Exceptional data literacy and proficiency in strategic modeling tools
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, MIT Sloan, etc.)
