- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $5M annual R&D budget for future-tech incubation projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven 2026+ roadmap execution
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech paradigms
- Experience scaling technology initiatives to $1B+ market impact
