Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and deploying next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, biotech integrations)
- Analyze emerging tech landscapes (Web4.0, decentralized AI, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI adoption and responsible innovation
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups for tech incubation
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for high-impact initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technology (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
