- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging tech (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) for competitive advantage
- Architect scalable solutions for next-gen infrastructure including IoT ecosystems and metaverse platforms
- Chair ethics committees for AI/deepfake technology deployment and regulatory compliance
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets across R&D labs and strategic partnerships
- Pioneer sustainable tech practices to achieve carbon-negative operations by 2026
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and disruptive thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI products at scale
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or ethical AI
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Certification in Future Studies from recognized institutions (e.g., WFS)
