- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through data-driven proposals
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing and AI research institutions
- Present quarterly technology forecasts to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor junior strategists and build the future technology leadership pipeline
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development (carbon-neutral R&D targets)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting (IEEE, Harvard Business Review)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Engineering (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Experience securing government and private innovation grants ($10M+ total)
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, Blue Ocean Strategy)
