Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Analyze geopolitical and socioeconomic trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for sustainable technology implementation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish industry partnerships for collaborative technology development

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards of directors
- Strong understanding of global tech regulations and ethical frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
