Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Oversee ethical tech governance frameworks for future deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Expertise in emerging tech landscapes and regulatory landscapesExecutive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
