Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 global innovation benchmarks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, bioinformatics, nanotech) for competitive advantage
- Design scalable architecture for decentralized autonomous systems
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify disruptive acquisition targets
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive ESG-compliant technology implementation across 50+ global sites
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading $50M+ digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or climate modeling
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or conference proceedings
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DoD-level clearance
