Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, blockchain, and AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Anticipate global tech disruptions through market intelligence and trend analysis
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (AI ethics, biotech governance)
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through stakeholder alignment and ROI modeling
- Present futuristic concepts to executive board and venture capital partners
- Mentor next-gen technologists in our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Tech, or equivalent tier
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German (global markets)
- Portfolio of deployed future-tech initiatives with measurable impact
