Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership (quantum/AI experience preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech design
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
