- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology strategy insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Foster strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and research institutions
- Mentor junior technologists on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, biotech convergence, Web3)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into executable plans
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with agile methodologies in enterprise settings
