- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Manage innovation lab budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging technology adoption
- Author thought leadership papers on future tech implications for industry verticals
- Coordinate with global R&D centers to synchronize 2026 technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management, with 5+ years in forward-looking roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services in tech-driven markets
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or decentralized systemsStrong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with proficiency in scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
