Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3+ years lead time
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in IEEE Nature or top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI ethics
