Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients in healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with >$1B market potential
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to CTOs and innovation boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolios with quarterly ROI assessments
- Author thought leadership pieces on tech disruption in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise-grade tech solutions
- Certification in Technology Foresight (e.g., APF, Foresight Practitioner)
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and design thinking
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or Rust)
