Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR) and assess commercial viability
- Design scalable architecture for next-gen digital platforms and infrastructure
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into customer solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and adoption metrics
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$10M ARR
- MSc/MBA from top-tier institution or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Certification in technology management or innovation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech publications
