- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and assess market readiness for adoption
- Establish ethical guidelines for AI deployment and responsible innovation practices
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge technology
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or thought leadership in technology futurism (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
