You'll have the autonomy to explore uncharted technological territories while ensuring alignment with our mission to build a smarter, more sustainable future.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Champion innovation through hackathons, prototyping sprints, and external partnerships
- Analyze market trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and investors
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor a team of 15+ technologists and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Futures or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or conferences
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives with measurable outcomes
