Qualifications
- Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related PhD
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Experience scaling tech ventures from prototype to market
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight
- Proven track record advising on regulatory sandboxes
