Responsibilities

- Collaborate with R&D to translate future-vision concepts into actionable development plans
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and developing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize vast amounts of technical and market data
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) preferred
