Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record forecasting tech trends and implementing scalable solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities (Python, Tableau preferred)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar foresight certification preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and board members
