Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and emerging trends
- Analyze quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence opportunities for strategic advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Identify and evaluate next-gen technologies for acquisition/partnership potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI development and deployment frameworks
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
