Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and piloting next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Manage vendor relationships and strategic partnerships in tech ecosystems
- Author thought leadership publications on technology trends and future scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management roles
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and quantum computing
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping environments
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
