Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuromorphic AI, carbon-negative tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia and global tech consortiums
- Conduct scenario planning for technological singularity impacts
- Present findings to C-suite and board of directors with actionable insights
- Mentor emerging engineers in emerging tech ethics and governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals integration
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Hindi preferred for global collaboration
